World War Z Illustrations

These illustrations are about my favorite character Sensei Tomonaga Ijiro from the book World War Z. The character is a blind man who travels to the mountains when the zombie infection spreads. One of my books that I can read over and over again. Can't wait for the movie to come out :)

my coworker was telling me about a wierd thought he had at work about a bear unicycing while juggling salmon. i thought it the idea was funny so I doodled it in my spare time.

Gallery Show!

So I barely got my laptop back in the last week of summer which was a bummer, but luckily
I have it before the Fall semester starts. I decided to add color to sketches that I had lying around and will post more soon. For now here is my in progress screaming monkey :)

another photoshop digital painting :)

I took a picture of this statue in a Las Vegas art gallery and decided to use it to do another photoshop paint study. The other is a pacman study. I think with more practice I could get the hang of this medium.

This is my final project from my digital illustration class. I used photoshop to paint the figure. I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with the outcome :)

Tin Toy world illustration

This is my third digital illustration from class. The assignment was to imagine a tin toy world. So I drew them in a bar fight. The first is a clean version and the second I added some effects to make it look like a badly printed pulp comic. I frickin love using photoshop to color illustrations. So much easier and efficent from traditional.

For my digital illustration class I was assigned the cliche "fish out of water". I had alot of fun drawing the birds and the poor sap who walked into the wrong restaurant.
